    Material Selection & Design

Compare natural stone, quartz, and porcelain in the showroom. We review color, pattern, maintenance, edge options, and how the slab should be laid out for your space.

  2. 02

    Measure & Template

We check the cabinets, walls, appliances, sinks, cooktops, and overhangs, then create a digital template for the countertop and its required openings.

  3. 03

    Stone Fabrication

The fabrication team cuts each piece to the template and creates the sink, cooktop, faucet, and other openings included in the project.

  4. 04

    Finishing & Quality Control

We shape and polish the selected edge, prepare the seams, and check the dimensions, cutouts, corners, and finished surfaces before installation.

  5. 05

    Existing Countertop Removal

When removal is included, we take out the existing countertops and protect the surrounding cabinets, floors, walls, and appliances. Plumbing, electrical work, appliance removal, and cabinet repairs must be completed before installation when required.

  6. 06

    Installation & Completion

The installers position, level, secure, and seam the countertop pieces. Sinks and slab or tile backsplash are installed when they are included in the project scope.

Countertops for Kitchens, Baths, Bars, and More

Every countertop is templated for its actual space. Cosmos reviews the planned openings, edges, seams, and support before the approved material is fabricated.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a Cosmos countertop project?

Cosmos can help with material selection, measuring and templating, in-house fabrication, finishing, delivery, and installation. Existing-countertop removal and other project details are included only when they appear in the approved quote.

How long does it take from template to installation?

Cosmos generally plans about 10 days from template to installation. That is not a guaranteed deadline. Material availability, project complexity, site readiness, and the final scope can change the schedule.

Does Cosmos remove existing countertops?

Yes, when removal is included in the project scope. The quote and pre-installation instructions identify what Cosmos will remove and what plumbing, electrical, appliance, or cabinet work must be completed separately.

What countertop materials does Cosmos install?

Cosmos fabricates and installs Quartz, Quartzite, Granite, Porcelain, and Marble. Visit the Huntingdon Valley showroom to compare samples and discuss the right surface for the room and the way it will be used.

Can Cosmos work with my designer, builder, or remodeler?

Yes. Cosmos works directly with homeowners and also coordinates countertop projects with interior designers, builders, remodelers, and other trade professionals.

Does Cosmos offer an installation warranty?

Cosmos provides a one-year installation warranty covering seams and sink mounting. Normal wear and tear and material-care issues are not included in that installation coverage.

What areas does Cosmos serve?

Cosmos installs countertops throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and its surrounding PA and NJ service area. Contact the showroom to confirm service for your project address.
