Cosmos Marble & Granite has fabricated thousands of kitchens over the past few years. In many projects, we don’t use the whole slab which leaves a “remnant” that can be purchased separately. Remnants from slabs can come in many natural stone materials like granite, marble, quartzite, quartz and more. These partial slabs come in different sizes and can be purchased for countertops, vanities, accents walls, fireplace surrounds, etc.
Purchasing a remnant is easy and a great way to save money on a kitchen or bath project. Since supplies are limited we suggest you schedule an appointment to visit our slabyard and search through our many available remnants.
There is no minimum square footage on partial slabs
We have 100s of exotic slabs to choose from at very affordable prices. In most cases, if your needs are under 25 sq. ft., you can get a custom granite, marble, quartzite, or quartz countertop with sink cutout and standard edge installed.

Our experienced team and the latest CNC equipment can help you fabricate your remnant as well. Visit our showrooms to receive a personalized tour of our remnant yard. We have a variety of granite, marble, quartzite and quartz remnants available for your small countertop project.
Sink cutouts are included in the pricing. We can provide sinks or customers can provide their own, but in either case, we need to know the sink dimension for the template.
We have several edge profiles that are included for no additional cost. Any other specialty edge cut would be extra. Price includes one cutout.
The price can include installation or if the customer chooses to pick up material, we can exclude installation.
If the material is picked up, one of our crew members will load material into your vehicle.
Delivery only is available. We can leave the piece outside for the customer to accept delivery.
No further discounts are given. Each job and piece are priced out depending on the service required. If no install is needed, that will be reflected in the price.
